Affores managed to improve an already-nearly-perfect mod for civ4, it looks civ5 now 
I hope he will keep the good work up (meaning updates and improvements
) expecially for the new ROM version and the future ones
Atm the main issue is with AI which doesnt understand how to use all these new options/buildings very well, i mean there are so many things to build that AI is unable to think like a human to manage a city at the best, resulting in a poor city development, but i'm sure Affores will address this, at least i hope
since this is really great and i want too see this even better
