There are NO Mongols in this world. It seems Greece has upgraded their Companion Cavalry to Keshkis instead of Knights. (As if they weren't annoying enough already...)

Military City States give unique units, based on civs not in the game, when you have the appriopiate tech. You can check the city states to see what city states gives what unit (and thus ally certain city states at certain eras, depending on what unit they'd give)

It's nearly definitely because they got it from a militaristic city-state, which now gives you UU's.
