I suspect that was a result of staying up till 2am doing "One More Turn" than actual decision making.

I personally like the fact that he wore what most Civ players should be wearing while they play, not what they actually wear when they play.

As much fun as it would be watching 2k Greg in his boxers playing two hours of Civ 5 in the middle of the night...

Glad to see you are still responding on these forums. How about answering my question about whether there are regional lockouts for ciV on Steam. You said you'd look into it and that was over 2 weeks ago. The question has been asked for months with no firm answer.

Dude, chill the heck out. It's a fun game, but it's still just a game, and this Greg guy is not your hired servant, he's just another dude like you and me working a job to pay some bills.

You can purchase the game on Steam when in an international location. I have done this.
You can pre-load the game on Steam when in an international location. I have done this.
The fact that one international release date exists which differs from the domestic release date would indicate to me that they do intend to treat regions as "USA" and "OTHER", and nothing else matters.

I am not sure what more information is needed here, aside from absolute 100% formal official statement of these seemingly obvious things.
