[GS] Republic of Kirameki - Adds the Republic of Kirameki, led by Shiori Fujisaki, and based on the Tokimeki Memorial series

Introduces the Republic of Kirameki, based on the universe of the Tokimeki Memorial series (which I expanded beforehand) and led by Shiori Fujisaki. Available in English, French and Japanese (Civilopedia texts not yet available in Japanese)

Changes list :
- Deletion of the Amenity bonus within the "Places of Legend" civilization ability
- Regarding the Place of Legend, modification of existing bonuses, addition of Faith bonus due to Religious city-states, and compatibility with the Choral Music, Feed the World and Work Ethic follower beliefs. A Place of Legend now requires the Astrology tech for its construction
- Modification of the river, lake, mountain, volcano and desert names, now named after the Tokimeki Memorial series’...
