Hint, 95% of Canadian production of this crop is in the large, sparse, prairie flats of Saskatchewan. The so-called "wheat kings" need a new name.....

It's a hit in our household, but only as part of our menu. And its had growing popularity in Canada but not like its replaced potatoes. Yet we produce 87 kg per person. It's definitely an export. Consider that India is producing only .79 kg per cap they may well be buying some from Saskatchewan.
