I feel like Australia is key here....what does it have more of that is a bad thing than any of the Americas? And China's ok but Mongolia not so much.

Australia has so many ways to kill people. Hmmm... unnatural deaths?

The odd ones out to me are Burma and Morocco—where would they be outperforming the most industrialized countries? I’m stumped! :confused:
