Guide on CIV4TechInfos?

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a good guide out there that explains what each modifier in the XML file TechInfos meant. For example,
<bBridgeBuilding>0</bBridgeBuilding>
I understand what this one does, just using common sense, but some of the others are a little more obtuse.
