    After building Cop's Elysium should be getting ready to build Issac Newton's . Let another city build Mike's. Since we are pushing so much on key wonders, large amounts of caravans would still be needed. The sooner we get the wonders done, the sooner we can start using them. ;)

    DoM makes a good point about Elysium needing to start on Isaac's, so building Mike's in RC makes good sense. Please add one vote to that choice!

    I don't think it would be worth the time wasted to disband Khorasabad (or whatever it is) and move it
