Here’s hoping they bring the great general back in Civ 7!!
Unique Ability:
- Commanders can traverse mountains, suffering small damage while on mountain tile.
- +1 gold on mines, +2 gold on silver mines.
- Hannibal can buy a tier 3 mercenary from an IP with gold and gets an additional unit if he buys it using gold instead of influence.
Attributes:
- Milatristic
- Economic (Diplomatic?)
Agenda: Hannibal’s Oath
- Increase relationship if you are at war.
- Decrease relationship if you are at peace.
