I tried making a hannibal leader head for a Carthage Civ... oh boy, I hand no end of trouble trying to deal with those in game colour palettes etc. And that was before I even attempted to do the .flc stuff.

I give up!

But here is the image I was using. Would some talented soul turn it into a leaderhead? please?

This game needs the Carthaginains!

I didnt have time to test it, but here goes.

I think all you have to do is make several copies of this flc, and rename them. I havent learned this aspect of the game yet.

Lemme know if it works as this is only my 2nd flc made

ok, well, i just tested it and it crashed, although I do know why and I am working on it now

ok try this one

Nice!

Thanks :goodjob:

Does anyone want me to post my civ3mod file with the Carthaginains?

the leader head looks exactly like the image posted above, and is non-animated. I was thinking about making it animated, but it is a statue, and if a statue smiled and frowned at me, I would get scared.

Actually if you want to make an animated HAnnibal head I can help you.

I have two photos of the same bust, taken from slightly different angles. The difference between the two pictures is roughly the same as between the civ3 leaderheads animations.

So it shouldn't be too difficult to use them to make an animated head. If anyone wants them I'll post them up.

Go ahead and post them. I will see what I can do

Yeah that was harder than I had expected. Sorry I cant do anything with those. I could make a hannibal that shakes his head "no", but I dont really see a purpose for it.

I just wish that there was a non-statue version of hannibal . . . .

Nevermind, the first leader head you did was grand!

Having him shake his head wouldn't really be much of an improvement.

I made a new one for my mod, I personally think it looks better, but you can decide
