[RD] Hannity just incited Mueller witnesses to obstruct justice

Stupidity is not a crime, unfortunately. Plus many senior members of trumps administration use private servers for private emails too. ANd didn't the bush administration also use private email servers for the sec. of state?

Didn't she have a private server that got hacked?

No. She did have a server set up at her house, and after endless congressional investigations into that there was never any evidence that it was used for any classified communication. Almost every administration official, ever, has felt the need to have "outside" e-mail and other communication services, because everything that runs through an administration account becomes "government records" and is subject to eventual release to the public. Things that aren't illegal, aren't official, and can be embarrassing are best kept out of public record.

The only thing unique about Clinton's e-mails was Clinton herself. Because she has been demonized so thoroughly for so long for her to just do what everyone else does is automatically elevated to a potential federal case.

Let me be the first of the Elitist Libs to say I will happily offer Hillary Clinton as Donald Trump's cellmate.
FTR you weren't the first, remember?
TL;DR - Donna Brazile sucks... she's a hack and always has been... I put her in the same bracket as Joe Lieberman in terms of hacks that I despise. Also... Hillary being corrupt is *yawn* not news... sorry. It's ...to borrow a phrase... a big nothingburger... but hey, I'd love to see Hillary share a jail cell with the whole Trump administration...whateves, why not? Who's with me?
If by joking you mean not really willing to trade Hillary-goes-to-jail for Trump & Co-go-to-jail, then no... Trump's administration going to jail would be a perfectly fine trade for Hillary going to jail AFAIC. Trump & friends just need to go first. I'm just curious whether there are any TrumpSADs out there who'd be willing to make that trade.

What was the Democrat's defense of Hillary before Trump?

That what she did was not illegal. Which is the same thing the FBI said after investigating the matter.

Didn't she have a private server that got hacked?

There was no evidence found that her private server was hacked.

Ach, there are too many Liberal Elites on this forum, I can't even keep track any more.

I don't think Hillary should be forgiven for the abuse of a private email server. There was a legal line she didn't cross, but she engaged in the 'this is why we can't have nice things' line. How many 'personal' emails were there? In the thousands? She was sending hundreds of personal emails per day? She was absolutely using it for work-related stuff.

Naw, it was a end-run around the idea that the People get to see what the government is doing.

Now, the Right went and elected someone who was more sneaky, so it wasn't the best response. But civil servants hiding stuff that is supposed to remain open is unacceptable.

Which is why I'm totally fine with locking her up, as long as the sweep which does so nabs all of the bad actors.

I'm certainly fine with "the people get to see what the government is doing" but I fully understand the concept "no one really needs (or wants) to see how the sausage is made."

Problem is if we lock Hillary up, if we want to keep any kind of concept of proportionality in our justice system then a lot of people in the Trump administration are going to have to be executed.

And the majority of Congress will also have to be locked up; Not to mention countless former congress members and other government workers. I don't think the prison system has the capacity to cope with that many prisoners. Not to mention the courts; You'll be holding trials for at least a century.

The capacity of the for-profit prison industrial complex is infinite... and at a minimum sufficient to jail 535 members of Congress plus the POTUS and his administration.

You could let out people in for non-violent drug offenses. Then I bet there'd be room.

We'd depopulate the Potomac basin.

Hmm. Maybe that's why they call it a swamp.

Room, yes. Enough? Meh...

apparently Trump's in the habit of ripping up documents. His staff has to tape them together so they can be submitted for the archives...thats required by law

And despite having been told he is breaking the law he hasn't changed, so senior administration staffers with top clearances are getting paid several hundred dollars a day each to apply Scotch tape. No one is quite sure whether this is a result of thinking he is above the law or if he is just too stupid to be trained.

Imagine having standards for government officials ...

I have standards. My standard is that people who use our public offices for private gain, who abuse the trust of the people, and who try to set themselves up as kings should be shortened by about a head.

I mean, it should be mentioned that one possible outcome of his thinking he is above the law might be the rest of us finding out that he actually is.
