In honour of this site's only staff whose handle is the same as an official day of observance anywhere in the world, that I'm aware of, Leif Erickson - dedicated and hard-working, if sometimes a bit gruff and overly serious - and, even though I have often run afould of him on his duties - very fair-minded and even-tempered, in a vast Internet of many biased and pettulent trolls in moderators' clothing and forum kingpins.
