AI Kongo: Not building Holy Sites means they focus campuses instead. Not fun on deity. Mongolia: Attack on sight is not a fun strategy and it's still one that often backfires. And if you let them trade with you... Aztecs: The attack boosts sometimes spiral out of control and get to the point where they're almost unwinnable.
