Has anyone done a "Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument" test?

No one's done it? I've done a Myers-Briggs test too years ago. I can't even remember what I got.

Are you kidding me? Do NOT take that test. It was designed by the Chinese government so that they could know what kind of mind control devices to put the goods they export to other countries.

I have taken both the Myers Briggs and the Herrmann. I wouldn't call it a test, and I surely wouldn't associate it with the chinese government. Its different from the myers briggs in that it isn't a "personality test." The Herrmann instrument called the HBDI, measures thinking preferences. Its based on a 4-quadrant model that separates into, generally, Analytical, Organized, Emotional, and Creative. Then, once you've completed the instrument, your profile tells you how strong of a preference you have for that quadrant. Its really quite interesting and I prefer the HBDI over the Myers Briggs anyday. PM me if you have any more questions.

You obviously like living on the edge, as you apparently get banned from everywhere, but there's no reason to make up such foolish things about Herrmann. What about the company makes you think the Chinese created it? Are you just imaginatively insulting anything and everything you encounter? At least do a bit of research before letting your ill-treated imagination run wild and create opinions that are based on no fact. There just no reason to be so boldly wrong.

Fifty was posting something of an injoke. The regulars here are mostly aware of two things: 1) fifty is well-read, intelligent, and often not altogether serious, 2) Bast is paranoid and somewhat irrational and hateful when it comes to China. From this they could conclude that fifty is making fun of Bast.

When I took the comments out of context and made assumptions, I wrongfully assumed that you were the type of commenter that just criticized anything you didn't know about. You know the type. Thanks. So you have obviously taken one? I'm doing it at work tomorrow. I know there are four colours. What if you don't fit into a colour? I have a feeling I won't.
