Has this happened to anyone else? (Firefox bug?)

Okay, so I had Firefox open, and my library (bookmark organizer) open, cos I was senidng some links to a friend through email. And I go to open my library, I just hit the button in taskbar, and it doesn't come up. So I hit it again, and suddenly, it keeps popping up and minimizing, and I was having trouble getting into the task manager to kill the process.

As far as it seems, this is a one-time thing. The only other thing open was the Yahoo Messenger main window.

Is it a bug?

What version of FF? I've just started using the Library in 3, but I haven't seen this problem.

I have Firefox 3.0.1.

I had that problem with FF 3.0.2. I alsoe have a erratic problem where the address and search bars would stop functioning which I think could be related. Like you, restarting FF fixed the problem. From my google searches it seems to be quite common on Ubuntu, but I haven't found any other cases of it happening on XP

I think it also could happen with other windows, such as the downloads window. I don't know, haven't had it happen.

Maybe it's a Windows thing.
