Have Civ4 and BtS, do I want/need Warlords?

Title says it all pretty much. I own Civ4, bought Beyond the Sword in the store, and do not have Warlords. I know BtS has some of the features of Warlords, but not sure exactly what it all has. I know that the scenarios in Warlords are not in BtS... however, is everything else in it? (i.e. all the Warlords Civilizations)

PS- I don't play scenarios, strictly just standard game... if that helps

This helps more than you think. You don't need Warlords at all if this is the case.

Warlords is a waste of money, unless you want to play the not great scenarios. BTS has everything Warlords has and more.
