Alright, so I purchased Civ3:complete around a year ago, and I am looking to get back into it. I still have the box, the manual, and all the disks, but I cannot seem to locate the CD key on any of them. Could someone instruct me on where it can be found?

Thank you.

I don't own "Complete" so i'm not positive, but I do not think there is a Key.

You just install the game. I'm going by the games I own though, again I do not own "Complete".

IIRC, you just pop in Disk 1 and it should open the install, you shouldn't need a key.

if there is a key it should be a sticker on the crappy paper disk holders

I'll join in with the chorus singing the 'No Key Needed' song.

Welcom to the forum, hairline!

CD key? you mean like

KG - F948 Blah blah?

Yes, you should need one to play. I needed one for civilization 3. However I had a mac, So maybe its different for us macintosh people :p.

It should be on the back of your manual. Or if it is not there, Check on the last page inside of the book.

I don't recall needing a key (PC), but, really, on the last page of the instruction manual? I've never bought a game which needed a key, on either Mac or PC, that didn't have the key right the heck there on the CD sleeves, in an OBVIOUS place.

Not trying to be snarky, but I'd go ballistic if I had to page through my manual to find a key hidden in chart 371-a on page 76 of appendix F-4...

Just to reiterate what everyone already said, a key is not needed- not for Complete or for any other version of Civ3. I am looking at my boxes, and they have nothing on them.

The Mac version of Complete, published by Aspyr, does have a key. I do not remember whether I had to input it anywhere when I installed the game, but there is a sticker with a key on the box alright.
