Liberals are talking like there's a coming war, and not the one the Trump is going to wage against [arbitrary foreign country "enemy"]. But there won't be a war if you don't acquire weapons.

There are currently three armed institutions: The police, the military, and Republicans. I hope you all know real good kung fu.

I don't know where you got this idea from? I understand the liberal tone has been militant, but liberals as a whole aren't talking about civil war or violence, they are talking about prodding their elected representatives into fighting Trump's plans, into galvanizing the institutions of American democracy to fight for them.

I don't need to buy them. In the event of large scale civil disobedience breaking out I know where to acquire them, and I have my core supporters lined up.

What about all of you lefties insisting that the 2nd Amendment only applied to a government funded Militia and not an individual?

I guess now that the Government is not Progressive you start to see the danger in having only the State having access to weapons. If you guys are serious you should join the NRA and help defend the 2nd Amendment. The gun control laws used by the Nazis in WW2 Germany are the basis for all of the gun control laws in the USA. An unarmed man is a Subject, an armed man is a Citizen.

Again thanks to Trump there will be more widespread support for protecting the 2nd Amendment :) You just got to love the way we are starting to become united again as one people.

    That's news to me.
I don't follow American politics that closely and I've mostly tuned out of any gun discussion, but I think I would have heard about it if a US government only restricted gun ownership for Jews and relaxed the laws for everyone else.

People fearing a rounding up, and possible extermination. But yes, mostly people are more mellowed than that.

The biggest threat to life and liberty and the Constitution is conservatives with guns. The NRA sees an uptick in profits any time an American is killed.

The US had gun control laws decades before there were any Nazis.
