Having trouble getting PrintScreen to work

Today, I got a new screen for my computer, and now whenever I hit Print Screen, it says "Screenshot Failed". Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it?

Play Full Screen and shouldn't get the problem anymore. It's an issue that goes with the resolution of the window going beyond the screen limitation and that provokes the failure of printscreen.

The problem is I do play full screen and the first screenshot in the Civ4ScreenShots file says "FrozenScreen" and no shots afterwards.

EDIT: Nevermind, got it to work.
