    Headtracking has actually existed for years now, and is pretty much a must-have for any devoted flight simmer. Look up the NaturalPoint TrackIR.

    My dad had a colleague at work in the late 80's ( He has told me about this) that had something like this. So its not something new, but definitely cool. Although I dont imagine having the equivalent of carpal tunnel in the neck would be loads of fun.
