Helicopter and Carrier

I need help.How do I get the standard civchopper to rebase to a carrier?I've tried with the editor but I can't get the chopper to rebase to the carrier.Is it ´couse the chopper is also a transport like the carrier and a transport vessel can't carry another transport?But an army can load on to the Transportboat.Both a loadable.Please help.

Why I wan't the chopper on the carrier?It would be a nice combination with my 10/8 marine on citys near the coast.A carrier with choppers and a transport with marines.Airdrop the units near the enemy .

choppers have load capability......in civ3 any unit with load capability cant be loaded to another type of unit
