Choppers need oil. Once you have it, the best is to go with modern armour. So, choppers are not very useful but I search for any way to use it.

One use of choppers is to drop paratroopers to do pillage or resist on a mountain.

Never use choppers but can they attack tanks like anti-tank's cobra choppers? If not, it would be cool to do it.

Do you sea any other ways to use choppers?

I found helicopters useful for airlifting infantry to defend newly captured cities on an enemy continent.

Choppers are useful for reinforcing outlying positions and newly captured cities.

Additionally, if you have a core of fully developed cities you can have them build choppers, fly the choppers to remote cities, and disband them to get shields.

I have been meaning to try putting workers and settlers into choppers, so that I could airlift them from continent to continent. Does anyone know if this works?

if im not mistaken i dont think you can airlift settlers.

I know you cannot airlift settlers. What I am asking is whether you can transport settlers on helicopters. It would have the same result as an airlift essentially.

You can't airlift settler or worker units ( no helicopter transport for those too)
