Help crashing on turn 31 during british processing turn

Help I'm crashing at turn 31 during Biritsh AI move, I don't know if it is convoy bug or something. What can I do if it is a convoy bug? Any solutions?

What I do for the convoy bug, is to go into IGE(in-game editor), and delete all of the British convoys. Should work.

Can't provide support if you haven't got Steam, a normal game etc.

Now I have IGE, how could I delete the convoys, because I can't see them in the IGE, can someone put a tutorial?
