help finding games such as the immortal university etc...

Hi all I was hoping I could get better at Civ 4 BTS by playing some of those games such as the immortal university or the ALC ones however I don't know where to find them and if someone could direct me to them that would be great. Also is there any of them that has just started and is only on its first game? I see that many of these games are already well past their first ten and I didn't want to have to catch up because I want to play with each of the leaders myself but would like to follow along with a group. TIA
