Help im newbie!!!

I have some questions on my civ3 game.

1. I am finished with the tech three and I can't build the space shuttle. Is says that no cities can build it. What do I do?

2. Is it a bonus to have all wonders

3. I am running a democraty and I want a resond to attack some one or how do I make the others attack me. Yes I want to keep the Democraty. LOTS OF MONEY!!! 2000$ and counting. each tick

4. Future tech? Whats that?

1. If no cities can build any part of the Space Ship then you must not have built the Apollo small wonder. You must build that before the space ship components become available. If you have built the wonder and still can't build components then you must be lacking Aluminum and Uranium and some other resources. Not at game machine to tell.
2. All wonders would give you an astronomical Culture rating, but that's about it.
3. Slap 'em around! Demand a city, sabotage an improvement, send troops into their territory and don't remove 'em when asked. Talk about their momma
4. Future techs are when you've finished the tech tree and are still playing. They're worth some points on the score but that's about it.
