Help, i'm trying to merge two mods

i'm trying to merge two mods but i don't how to do it. The two mods are Revolution and a Nazi Germany mod.

Well, it depends on what the Nazi Germany mod is. If it's just XML, hen you can do it real easy. If it has python, then it'll probably be slightly harder. If it is an SDK mod (which is unusual for a civ) it will be very hard.
I assume it's just XML.

Just for future projects: WinMerge is often a quicker and easier way of doing copy and paste - it compares files and does the pasting for you!
