Help me with download.

I have been trying to figure out how to download files, saves and scenarios. I need help in the following areas.

1. Basically, how to download to file. Do I open it or save it? If save it where to.

2. How do I get it into my game? Need directions for Vista bts.

3. How do I make sure that the whole game is not messed up by messing with the files?

Thanks I can play but I know nothing about computers.

I know nothing about Vista, but here is how I do it.

1) Click on the link for the saved file in the post.

2) When the option to save or open pops up, select save. I generally save it to my desktop.

3) Quit the browser.

4) Double click on the saved game icon on the desktop, BTS will automatically launch into teh saved game. Play normally.

5) If the save comes as a folder (such as a LHC game) double click on the folder, then the game your interested in.

In case Mad's tips don't work for you, here's how it looks on my box (running Vista, but the BtS installer messed up a bit, flagging the game as owned by Admin )

My Documents/My Games/Beyond the Sword/Saves, then /Single for normal save files and /WorldBuilder for scenario games.
