1.should I tech POLY or MED?
2.if POLY should I build TOA?
3.3rd city: 3W of cap,4N of 2nd city,3E 2nd city?

Poly is better imo, ToA is v expensive wonder and in moust cases not worth bulding. Maybe on lower lvls when one have like costal city with a lot of food then ToA can be a option but other way not worth it.
3th city i dont c whats is in the north but maybe 5E from capitol would be ok. It blocks Egipt a bit and yea i rather expand towards ai.

Sorry here is the updated SS

if i want to settle i will settle at PH 1NE of Wheat 1SW of Cow?

Yea i think this PH is ok, we can like block this whole area another city can be 4E from capitol and ggrab wheet right away.
Allso choop this monument ... bulding roads so early in game isnt beneficial. I though you start monument at S1 and now at S2 this city could be producing another settler.
Allso this area around gold is interestin i wonder how we can grab this gold.
Good city site is allso like you mentioned 1NW from copper where warrir was standing you can live him there for fog bust.

I doubt that ToA is worth it, too many other things to do at that time. Med is usually about one? turn cheaper than poly. If you try to go for an early oracle med saves you that turn. And you will need it to bulb philosophy. But if you also want the Great library you'll need Poly for literature. If I do not try for the oracle I try to trade both Poly and Med after having Alpha and/or Aesthetics. In my experience to go for Aesthetics and hope that an AI has Alpha soon enough is unreliable on Emperor, so I would try it on Monarch only if one has contact with many civs and there are fast researchers around.

My found neighbors are hatty and bismarck

I think they are not so good techers and from the games i played on monarch alpha is always somewhat late?

Cant play till friday again haha

So I cant win on monarch

help/advice is welcome :D:D

Took the first map you posted for a spin. Played on emperor.

CS slingshot with Oracle as part of my samurai rush strat. First I cottaged my cap and rapidly expanded; Osaka got to build Oracle because it actually had production while Kyoto worked on a library for science and to get GS academy ASAP. I attacked and vassaled Darius and Mehmed after beating them to a pulp; Mehmed actually DOWed me first but his pathetic stack of 10 units easily died to my Kyoto samurai garrison and a catapault, as I saw it coming from a mile away (thanks red fist, courtesy of BUG mod). Then turtled and mutually teched with my vassals until I could get cannons with liberalism at about 1200 AD. Egypt capitulated quickly. In the meantime I build galleons to take on the other continent, and also continued spamming rifles and cannons.

What followed was a pretty intense fight. Sitting Bull was kinda running away (not really, but he was the only one besides me with rifling, so I knew I had to kill him quick). Had a standoff at his border cities where he piled like 20 rifles and knights onto me (thank god he was still like 20 turns from cavalry), but none of my defenders died because I parked myself on a forested tile, and also my diversionary stack had a nice time trashing one of his core cities that he left relatively undefended. With a supermedic and sacrificing some cannons, I killed some 20 defenders every other turn. Soon the city was mine. I ceasefired for about 5 turns to upgrade to artillery and (some) infantry, and then continued pushing on. His cities fell at an increasing rate as I gradually upgraded my doomstack to a horde of infantry, but it took me capping 2/3 of his empire for surrender.

After that, Zara fell in literally two turns, and Hammurabi capitulated too, but not before I had some fun with attack transports and tanks. Final result: turn 283 conquest victory. Overall, it was a pretty fun game, would play again - agg and pro was surprisingly good as all my gunpowder units could multitask and city garrison 3 drill 2 infantry can eat up cavalry for breakfast all day.
