Hey... I started new game but now I have noticed that I need to fix new units witch I have added. So for example if I put plus one attack to some unit and load game and look unit details those are still same before editing. I dont want to start new game so is there some way to edit without starting new game??
Help needed...

Unfortunately, no. You have to start a new game for changes to take effect. In v1.21 Firaxis specifically removed the possibility of new rules taking effect in games which are already running.

These questions don't go in the Unit Graphics forum. Put this stuff in the Creation and Customization forum. This is only for completed units. There is a post towards the top of page that states what should and shouldn't go in this section. I am sounding like a moderator now. Dangit! Just tired of seeing questions when I want to see new units.
