Help, Odd Internet Problem

Hi, lately my internet has been acting weird. Over the past couple of days the text in the internet windows have been getting bigger and bigger, without me doing anything. My question is how do I get it back to its normal size.

I'm using Internet Explorer BTW.

Go to view>text size>, or if you have a mouse with a scroll wheel hold down [Ctrl] and move the wheel forwards.

Yeah, it happens with both IE and other browsers (anticipating someone *cough*no-names*cough* saying Firefox or Opera). . .

Annoying, isn't it?

I quite like the scroll wheel thing, as my resolution is set at 1280*960 and I often have to adjust the text size. (and I use Firefox too )
