Help on unit creation

Hi, I'm new to modding and making new units. I've read many of the tutorials and such on unit creation however, I either need things I can't obtain or they're too confusing. I'm using FLICster v1.0 w/Paint shop pro 7, and I currently have civ III, yes it's just civ III (I don't have conquests or ptw... yet.).

You don`t need help to make units. You need to send Stormrage some money. Trust me.

I don`t know. I`m confused. I`ve read his sig, and suddenly I don`t trust Plotinus anymore. And I always need money.
