Help plz game keeps crashin

Hi,

Im new to these forums and think this is gd site and its gd to know various info and opinions that are about. Well my problem is that during my games of late either online or not, for some reason that im not aware my game suddenly crashes and asks if want to send error report. I have just run dxdiag and results are attached 2 this post as have read answer might be in here so plz if its nt any trouble can you take a look and see 4 me.

This is quite annoying as especialy when online playing as do feel like im letting people down and they may think im just quiting which i am not and really its not fair on those i play with either and noones gonna wanna play me if this carries on lol. Anyhow thanks for reading and any poss help.

when it crashes could you please click on show report and post the upper part of this report here?

You might want to check for a newer graphics card driver - yours is 2 years old and maybe there is a newer one out there.

Thanks alot 4 reply did appreciate it. Since posting did clear cache and tht seems do av sorted things whether tht has help or is just luck tht it helped i dont know, anyhow like said i have been ok since this and hasnt came up about error report or hasnt crashed since so unable to post what report says at the min until happens again..if it does.

I have updated my driver as u suggested now as well so hopefully that will help thngs to, tnx for suggesting tht as really should have thought of doing that already silly me lol. I do also intend putting another fan in machine to to help with cooling as do have only 1,also update my ram to 2g frm 1g as think tht may also improve things well im hoping anyhow.

How do I clear the cache? I'm using the steam version of civ4, with both expansions.

steam version *might* be different - though I doubt it:
hold down the shift key while starting the game
