Ok so yesterday i cracked open the case, installed my civ 5 game and it worked just fine. Well I decided I was going to uninstall it and reinstall it cuz my game was messing up (thats besides the point) anyways i unistall the civ on my control panel, and then i try to reinstall it, and it says i have to download the game, i have the cd in my cpu ready to transfer game files over, howcome steam wants me to dl something that will take 7 hours to do? WHat am i missing here, any help is appreciated, thanx so much!
