Help! RoM is not working and Crashes.

I just downloaded the mod today. I put it in my BTS mod folder and I started the game up. I tried to play the map with 32 players and it loaded and I finished my turn and hit next turn and the game crashes to the desktop. I try other maps thinking my laptop might not be able to run that many AI, however on all the Earth maps but the one without civ assignment the game crash when going to the next turn. I'm running BTS on the latest patch, I have windows 7 x86 on a laptop with a core 2 duo at 2.00 Ghz with 3GB of ram and a ATI HD 2600 card. I tried re-downloading the mod to see if it was that and I tried other mods and the stock game to see if it was the installation and I see nothing wrong. No errors come up or nothing.

That map is currently bugged - known issue with it. I'll try to get it fixed at some point. I've tested the map and it does crash after 1st turn but I don't know yet what causes it.

I believe all the map types with RoM at the beginning work, and there are a few others but you'll have to ask someone else about those.
