Help with a Quest

Hello, I have this quest called "the Death Problem" I am up to the third part where I have to find a resource pod. the issue is it is turn 650ish there are no resource pods left. is the quest doable??

Only if you find a random resource pod hidden somewhere.

The quest CAN fire when there's no Resource Pods left though and there are no ways to manually spawn Resource Pods, so you may just be out of luck.

Do resource pods respawn? Because sometimes it feels as if they do...
