When I try to install BTS expansion to Civ lV first I get a message telling me that there is a recent update to Civ lV which then it downloads it and then starts install of BTS after complete when I try to play game I get the message "Error starting program a required .DLL,D3DX9. 33.DLL was not found" what is this can anyone HELP me with this.
