Help with Leader art

I have been working on a mod for a new civ for a few days now and have the code working for traits etc but when I load up the game the colors for the leader and the background are weird. They might be inverted? I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing it and haven't found anything similar posted online. I went off of Kenisuu's tutorial on YT and followed it exactly I thought. Please help! Thanks!

I managed to fix it. I must have messed something up somewhere. I basically just started over with the art and its working now. Except the icon in the top right shows as a '?'. I don't know why but I will look into it.
