Help With Main Menu

HI guys,
I try to make new main menu for my mod but when I put my dds pics and nif files(civ4mainmenubg)I dont get my pictures for main menu I get standard bts main menu.
I am totally out of my mind couse I try a milion times and nothing,
maybe a small tutorial will help,
if someone have time here is my files so maybe to chek up what is wrong

Hey Man thanks for replay and your time to help me,but I manage to make mainmenu to work!!
