I`ve basically made a dumb mistake while playing, usually when I play I give myself rivers with IGEm but there is a bug in which if you don't connect your rive to a water tile the game won't be able to load again (you can still play, but if you open it again the map won't be able to load and hence you can't play). The thing is, I didn't realize I made that mistake in the game I was playing, so it crashed when I was almost half way trough and I now have no way of loading the save state.
I was wondering if there is a way to change this, given that it only happens when you force the rivers to apear on screen, could it be something about the animation that I could change?, or is there a way to change the map with out using IGE, since I cannot open the game. I´ve tried to look into the save file but it is unreadable to me, I already the hexagons that are causing the problem, but finding them and changing them seems really hard because it is not just written as it is. Is there any tool that could help me with this?
I don't think uploading the save file could help, but if someone know how to read that it could help a lot ( specially since the tiles that need to be changed to water are natural wonders next to my capital).
