Help with patch and scenarios

Guys, I dunno where to get the patch 1.16 so I can play Marla's map. Could someone tell me please?

Also, sometimes my Civ III doesn't download scenarios. Sometimes I try to download a scenario, then the game ends up creating a completely different map, as if starting a new game instead of using the scenario map. Any ideas on that?
