Help with SPS Files

Okay, I need some help. First off I downloaded the 2004 NCAA rosters for a video game I have. It was a zip file. Now when I try to view the file it says 'cannot find America.' It says I need to use America to view SPS files. I tried extracting the file to Word Pad and all of the words are in blocks and funny signs. I hope you guys understand what I'm talking about. Anyway, I hope someone can tell me what I have to do so I can actually read this thing. Thanks.

Have you tried searching the site which you downloaded the rosters from? Maybe they have possible solutions or instructions on your problem.

America sounds like a program, have you tried looking for it on the net? What's a roster?
