Go into the diplomacy screen with that civ.....in the middle on the bottom there are 2 tabs. NEW and ACTIVE. ACTIVE shows you what agreements are current in place and if they have a number in parenthses next to them, how many turns are left to the agreement.
Just click on the agreement and it becomes a NEW bargaining point again....that you don't have to agree to.
