Im trying to make a mod pack for the first time called Vietnam war 2. I want it to look like the area around Vietnam do i have to make the map from scrach or is there a easy way? I want to make some goverments like future communism. And Rebalion. I want civs like Rebels,North Vietnam,U.N. aid force,USA etc. i want to add units and leaderheards (if posible). Thanks
