[GS] Helping with LeaderFallbacks always showing Cleopatra

Hello everyone, I have a problem when create a civ for myself. I have been following MC_Master maconnolly and Sailor Cat "https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2420858843". No matter what I do, my custom leader image doesn't load, and the game defaults to Cleopatra. All arts work fine (loading, choosing, icons, backrough) except leaderfallback show Cleopatra in Diplomacy.
I have do many things like delete many things in artdef just have NEUTRAL art. Check all link in xml xlp and artdef together. Delete all other mods. Check other threads but not find anything same.
