some time ago he said that he was needed at the 2k forum because of the release so that he would not be here very often, if he would be here at all.
im not sure where he posted that message (it was somewhere on this forum though) but he did leave his "work" email for questions.

We should all know by now that 2K only answers questions it likes to answer; and not those others deem important. Unfortunately.

I've asked this a couple times you've asked your question, but I might have missed your response. What do you mean by regional lockouts? Is this something that normally happens on a steam-based game or would seem likely to happen?
