Hippoville is currently building a Library but what should it build next?

It currently has two Pikemen and its population is still 5. No more settlers are currently needed to work the land of Luna so settlers are only really needed for expansion now...

Caravan. I believe we should start building those Food Caravans for future wonder production now.

I agree with Mr Spice, a food Caravan for wonder rush building.

This place already supports plenty of units, more would over burden it.

Granery and later a harbour.
This city has plenty good production and trade tile's but a small food surplus ,and only grow's slow.We must build a granery to multiply it's growing speed and a harbour so it can get that 1 extra food surplus on each sea tile.

A caravan sounds like a good idea. We don't need a courthouse because there isn't any corruption.

Caravan it is and since Caravan was the only option which got more than one vote, it means Caravan is the only item in the queue.
