Historical event spawns Units

Does anyone have an idea on how to desactivate the "historical event" that spawn near the Capital a copy of each type of military land unit you control with 0XP when we enter a new Era
? (From indus era I believe).

Or simply prevent a specific UNITCLASS_ to be spawned that way.

The only thing I know that does that is having a vassal? (and that's not a mod)
