    Here's my diplotext for Hitler:

    First Contact:
    Your head would look good on the end of a pole, [CT_NAME]! Just kidding. I am [OUR_NAME], destined to bring the [OUR_CIV_ADJ] people to greatness!

    Refuse to Talk:
    I will not speak with an untermensch like you!

    No Peace:
    Why should I sue for peace? Your world is on the brink of destruction. Demoralize the enemy from within by surprise, terror, sabotage, assassination. This is the war of the future.

    Friendly Greeting:
    Hey, buddy! How about we swap a few knock-knock jokes while we're here? Knock, knock...

    Annoyed Greeting:
    You're lucky I haven't sent you to the gas chambers yet, [CT_NAME].

    Demand Tribute Weaker:
    The superior race of man demands that your lower caste provide them with this.

    Demand Tribute Equal:
    Ever heard of a blitzkrieg? I will show you one if you don't give this up.

    Demand Tribute Stronger:
    Hand it over, [CT_NAME], or prepare for a holocaust!

    You are going to have to find a tutorial, I don't have the time to explain it because its an involved process. It isn't difficult, it just requires a lot of edits and there are already plenty of tutorials about it around.

    You've got to follow the instructions in the link Ekmek posted right above your post.

    You should make a collage of all the different Hitlers we've gone through up to now.
    BTW when will we see Il Duce?

    Getting a python exception, and the LH doesn't work for me. Here is the XML I'm using, button comes through fine though:

    Code:
    		<LeaderheadArtInfo>
    			<Type>ART_DEF_LEADER_HITLER</Type>
    			<Button>Art/Interface/Buttons/LeaderHeads/Hitler.dds</Button>
    			<NIF>art/leaderheads/hitler/Hitler.nif</NIF>
    			<KFM>art/leaderheads/hitler/alexander.kfm</KFM>
    			<NoShaderNIF>art/leaderheads/hitler/hitler_nonshader.nif</NoShaderNIF>
    			<BackgroundKFM>art/leaderheads/hitler/hatshepsut_bg.kfm</BackgroundKFM>
    		</LeaderheadArtInfo>
    Did I use the wrong files? I'm pretty sure it worked in 3.17 though, but I can't be certain now, just upgraded to 3.19 and noticed this when I clicked on him in the civelopedia (I could have sworn I checked it when I added him in before though).

    Yep, that was it. Actually just figured this out on my own, but thanks. I somehow must have missed that file, and just used hatsheput.

    So for reference, anyone that uses this, the ArtDefines entry is thus:

    Code:
    		<LeaderheadArtInfo>
    			<Type>ART_DEF_LEADER_HITLER</Type>
    			<Button>Art/Interface/Buttons/LeaderHeads/Hitler.dds</Button>
    			<NIF>art/leaderheads/hitler/Hitler.nif</NIF>
    			<KFM>art/leaderheads/hitler/alexander.kfm</KFM>
    			<NoShaderNIF>art/leaderheads/hitler/hitler_nonshader.nif</NoShaderNIF>
    			<BackgroundKFM>art/leaderheads/hitler/Hitler_BG.kfm</BackgroundKFM>
    		</LeaderheadArtInfo>

    Please do. The face is great, but some detailing on the hat and clothing, especially the medals sticking out over the pocket, make this appear so much less than it could.

    Here are the Musso files, along with a few others in case anyone is interested. I hope they are useful.

    By the way, if anyone wants to work with me and the artist on any more leaderheads, let me know. The problem was that I don't know much of anything about modeling, and he doesn't know the ins and outs of creating a civ LH. I don't know how much of the artist's Hitler made it into the final model, but if he had anything to do with it, other than inspiring you talented folks to collaborate, it might be worthwhile to bring him on board.

    More files attached....

    [Edit: I don't know why, but the files are not attaching, so I'll have to revisit this later. Other than what I've posted already, I have Saud, Smuts, Alex, and Camacho, but they're basically generic.]

    After some struggling I managed to add Hitler to my game.
    There is only one problem: everytime a small portrait should be displayed, all I see is a pink square. anybody know how to fix this?

    Spoiler :
    It is displayed also when selecting a leader in "play now" all foreign advisor screens and in the civilopedia

    The "problem" is, that there's no button included, you'll have to create one yourself ;).
