He was talking about modern-day homophobic people who are homophobic for eugenics reasons... And your post is before, aelf's...

So we are back to you. Do you believe that Margaret Sanger invented eugenics, yes or no? If you do (or did when you posted #211) then you certainly can't be accused of a Godwin for that post... But... then you are clearly wrong and grossly misinformed on the subject. Also, your whole argument against liberals through the socialism comparisons fails... essentially the entire argument you have been making for the past 4 pages collapses because you based it on the erroneous belief that Margaret Sanger invented eugenics.

On the other hand, if you just lied about thinking Margaret Sanger invented eugenics to get out of the Godwin thing, then your overall argument might be salvageable (you should try to clarify the basis of your argument in that case) but... you're back on the Godwin podium.

It's not about "bringing up the topic"... It's about being the first one to make the comparison. You were the first to compare someone to them, by your own admission. You just admitted that you had them in mind when you brought up Margaret Sanger you said she inspired their eugenics program. That's what you were talking about when you said "left-wing creation." You were making a comparison to liberals by saying liberals inspired their eugenics program.

So yes, again, you get the Godwin.

Last I checked Nazi was an acronym for National Socialist and Margaret Sanger was left wing and supported Hitler and also the KKK in the South, which was part of the Democratic party. Also left wing.
