It's okay to be homophobic (I'm "homophobic" myself). I mean really, it's just a phobia, just like:

Arachnaphobia - fear of spiders
Bugaphobia - fear of insects
Germaphobia - fear of germs
Deathaphobia - fear of death

So really homophobia - fear of . .. .. .. .. .. .s is not a bad thing. I mean really, they are scary, for example I met a gay person on the Internet once, and he was a terrorist. I also met a gay person in real life once, and he was scary. Here is the story of my encounter with a . .. .. .. .. .. ..

So me and some friends went to a movie theatre to see the new Star Trek movie (Star Trek XI). While we were waiting for the previews to end, some kid walked up to me (I thought he might have recognized me from school or something, but I didn't know him) and he said "Do you want to make out?", and so I'm like "Get the . .. .. .. . out of here or I'll kick your ass, you mother . .. .. .. .ing . .. .. .. .. .. .!" and he left. Thank God he left, that frakker might have tried to rape me.

That is a true story, it was really scary too. I hope that kid was joking, if he wasn't, I'll punch him in the face if I see him again.

You're back!

this is not what the word means.

I don't see arachnophobes spraying specist graffiti on spider churches and yelling hateful stuff at spiders as they walk down the street.

Dude I see this all the time!

I'm just hoping this is a joke. Tongue in cheek (or maybe something else in cheek?) and all that.

Fear of other humans is encouraged by the powers that be to keep us divided against each other. Don't let the whole "anti-discrimination" propaganda fool you, fat cats still want you to be fearful, resentful & bitter towards those of different class, race, gender, weight, height, level of charisma/creativity, etc. as you.

Most of the most bitter & hateful people I know are not racist, sexist or homophobic.

But yes, being intimidated by gay people isn't wrong in & of itself, it's something to look at within yourself. Oppressing others because of any difference whatsoever (whether blatent like sex, race or orientation or subtle, simply cause you don't like a dude's face) is wrong & should not be tolerated.

George Bush wanted "equal rights" for those . .. .. .. .. .. .s, that's why he was so hated (the economy didn't help him too much either).

Okay, but you're not afraid of gay people. You're acting like you hate them, and that's bad. It's okay to be afraid of what you don't understand, but you're unbridled hate and that your attitude tends toward despising them, looking down on, etc.

Kinda reminds of how Hitler viewed the Jews. What's next?

(Yes, I purposefully Godwin'ed this thread. Why? Because I was afraid)

All phobias are bad (as in irrational and harmful to the person who is saddled with them) by the definition.

xgmx...good troll or a weird kid? It's up to you to decide.

If homosexuality is entirely genetic. I wonder why it hasn't been weeded out of the gene pool yet. I mean, being homosexual isn't excatly advantagoes in passing on your genes in terms of evolution.

Well there its maybe funny, but in some countries people have fear that they will get AIDS or homosexuality when they are close to homosexual. It should not be only hating but real fear.

Because it may help ensure that the homosexual's sibling's genes are passed on (free babysitting!) and people share many genes with their siblings.

EDIT: Ninja'd thanks to my computer going wonky.
